Self-Worth in Christ

Do you not know that your body is the temple(the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received (as a gift) from God? You are not your own, You were bought with a price (purchased with preciousness and paid for, made His own). So then honor God and bring glory to Him in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 AMP

wow............. This scripture is so powerful.

This blog is coming about because I am tired of seeing so many girls wearing short dresses, see through blouses, low cut shirts that expose their boobs and so much nonsense. Everything out there does not need to be bought. Why are you selling yourself short? You are queen, bought at a high price(Jesus Christ life). You are giving away all your assets for free. There is a saying that goes why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? why would they? You take pictures showing the size of you butt or cleavage just to get a comment "sexy,hot, smh. When you spend time with God you can hear wonderful comments about yourself all day long and you can be wearing your night gown and he will still feel the same way about you. Psalm 139:14 you are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are beautiful. God does not create junk,worthless,wretched,ugly things. In Genesis 1:31 God looked over all he has made, and he saw that it was very good. Young woman your are gorgeous.

Men will appreciate what they worked hard to attain. If you are wearing crappy clothes to attract a guy he will not appreciate you. You came cheaply and He can get another like you cheaply. Renew your mind with God's word. A real man will want something he worked hard for. Men are created to work.

Please ladies stop being conformed to this world. Thinking the only way a man will appreciate you is through your body. You may say I know my self-worth so I wear what I like because I feel like it or it is fashion. The fashion you are looking up to is of the devil. He wants women to degrade themselves and look worthless. He does not want you to know about your glorious inheritance, He wants you to find self-worth in this sensual world.  So ask yourself, does what you wear bring glory to God? Don't lie God knows. What you are wearing is causing guys to lust which is a sin so please stop(Matthew 5:28). Honor God with your body and He will honor your life.

You can wear a maxi dress.skirt, and so many other modest outfits and look amazing. We cannot say we love God and not honor him with our dressing. Our dressing should honor God. We are not our own.

If you were deceived into living this kind of life. Call out to God and he will help you modify your dressing. When you walk through the mall and see the things you thought were cute, they will be horrible and you will want to tell others to discard of such stuff.

You will only get help if you want it. If you read this blog and continue to do what you like, You will be held accountable. I love you all tremendously that is why I am sharing. If I didn't I would keep this information to myself.
